HOW IT WORKS
When requesting a visit from us, our experienced design consultant will come and meet you to discuss your needs. On this visit we will work with you to find the right parts to achieve your goals for your new staircase project. We carry a wide range of samples to be able you to look through the possibilities in the comfort of your own home. During this visit we will be able to give you all the options available for the shape and style of your hallway and staircase.
When you are happy with your choices we will then email you a quote through, for you to go over with any drawings or images necessary.
If you feel it necessary we will arrange with you a time to come back and run through your quote with you again with all the specific parts chosen on your initial visit. At this point we will double check our measurements and go through any fine details with you again so your staircase will be everything you want. This is a perfect opportunity for you to check over the parts again and ask any questions that may have become apparent after our initial visit. In some cases you may want to include certain items that were not discussed during the initial visit. We will go through your requirements and update your job and your quote will be updated and sent out to you again for your approval if needed. This of course isn't necessary but only if you require.
All the staircase parts we use are sourced from sustainable sources giving you the peace of mind that what we are using has the minimum impact to our planet as possible. Our parts are manufactured using the latest CNC technology and in some cases handcrafted on site, using the many years experience of our craftsmen.
Our Experienced craftsmen operate with the knowledge that they are working in your family home and indeed the main passage through your home, so every effort will be made to create the least amount of disruption to your home environment as possible. All the main machines used, will be setup outside in a suitable location and any cutting that is possible to be completed outside, will be done outside. Dustsheets will be used where safe and in many cases carpet covered rubber waterproof mats will be laid to protect floor coverings as needed.
