On contacting Reginald Coopland, we will arrange a time that is convenient for you, where our design consultant will come and meet you. It is important to add, that all of our design consultants are time served craftsmen, who understand every aspect of staircase design and construction.

 

A first design meeting can typically last between 45 minutes and however long you may need to have all of questions answered.

 

We understand that a staircase is a major feature of any property and that decisions can not always be made in such a small time. With this in mind, we are happy to leave some design ideas with you and then can come back to discuss your staircase on another day of your choice. And for your peace of mind, we are only a phone call or email away.

 

When you have chosen your design and are happy with the plan, your quote will be sent out to you, typically within 7 days of agreeing a design.

 

On stating your job, we try to make our presence as comfortable as possible, with minimal disruption as we understand that we are in your home.

 

Our professional fitters take great care to leave your home exactly as they found it when finished and keeping the site tidy whilst installing your new staircase.

 

Our representatives carry many samples and pictures to help you make the your choice in the comfort of your own home.
